GDX — The 2018 Graphic Design Annual
The Graphic Design Annual at Stonehill College is a collaborative, student-run event that showcases the work of graduating seniors. Together, participating designers plan and install the entire exhibition, choosing the name, visual identity, and physical layout of the gallery space — all the while preparing their own work for display! The 2018 exhibition, which featured ten designers, was aptly titled GDX by the graduating class. As a group, seniors chose to use the roman numeral for ten as a recurrent motif: each exhibitor would receive a unique “x” to identify their work alongside their name. I designed and animated each of the ten marks.
